We’ve changed the team building industry and keep pushing the envelope with our latest projects. Rewarded with raving fans as clients and a generation of giving, we flat out love what we do and you will too. We are ordinary people with an extraordinary dream of what is possible when people learn to give their best. Together, we have built and donated over 18,000 bicycles, 25,000 prosthetic hands, hundreds of playhouses, a “rad” amount of skateboards and we are just getting started. Our friends and clients are all over the world and our worthy recipients are in more than 75 countries. We hope you enjoy learning more about our passions and decide to become a part of the movement. Make your meetings matter and go beyond the training room walls and into the hearts and minds of a world in need!

As for the main benefits/take-aways, it’s hard to narrow it down to a few. Of course there were huge ‘Aha’s” for the group with regard to thinking outside the box and creativity. But there was also a vastly increased level of team cohesiveness. We really had an opportunity to know each other better and to have some fun together in a way that increases our commitment to work together effectively. But the biggest payoff of all was the combined feeling of having accomplished something with such an impact to people around the world. Knowing that we actually made a significant positive difference in the lives of people who so badly need it, was astonishing! Jean E. Jean Deering, AVP Learning & Development Manager BD/SBS L&D Wells Fargo Bank.Helping Hands – Wells Fargo
I am equally impressed and humbled by what you can accomplish with a new team in a short time. I honestly don’t know how you do it but everything you said and did provided the perfect foundation and jumping off point for what our meeting was designed to accomplish. Helping Hands became over the course of the few days we were together the metaphor for how our team aspires to work together. Thank you again and I look forward to the opportunity to partner again in the future.Julie Person - Head of HR Planning and Service Delivery - Shire
