The power of each person to influence the success of the team is never clearer than in this activity. Team members must work through frustrations and differences of opinions to solver this magically difficult event. Blame certainly won’t help here… especially not on each other. This is one of our favorite activities to get the group to work together. Lowering the bar without becoming disconnected is the goal; how to do it is the mystery.
