Q. What if I don't know specifically what I need?
A. Odyssey Teams, Inc. is a full service company. We have a wide range of experienced staff members to help you. Please call and we will work to get you the answers you need.
Q. When can I expect my order?
A. If the merchandise is in stock, our orders ship to arrive (in the 48 contiguous states) within 5-7 business days (weekends and holidays do not apply). International orders – By Phone Only - can take up to 3-6 weeks depending on stock levels and time to clear customs.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
A. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.?
Q. I placed an order on-line and I noticed an error or wish to change my order. What should I do?
A. Please call us at 800-342-1650. We would be more than happy to make the correction(s).
Q. How do I cancel my on-line order?
A. All sales are final. Please be sure you are ordering what is desired. If you have questions prior to ordering, call us at 800-342-1650 and our sales and/or facilitation team will be happy to help.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping & Handling charges within the 48 contiguous states are 13% of the list price.
Q. How long are your products guaranteed?
A. All of our products are guaranteed for two years (normal wear and tear). If something has failed, please let us know. We will inspect the merchandise. If we determine that it is covered under the guarantee, we will repair or replace any and all parts to satisfy your needs.
International orders usually take 8 business days in transit, pending any potential customs issues on the receiving end.
