This thinking (Odyssey PEN) has propelled our team to the number one position in our franchise for the past three years. I can't state my opinion of your company enough-your professionalism, your creativity and your passion for what you do comes through loud and clear.

Team Odyssey,

In 1999 a group of individuals participated in your high ropes program.
This group consisted of individuals on a sales team that was divided. Their
working relationship was non-existent and their attitude towards each others
success was less than cohesive. Needless to say, this group had phenomenal
individuals but lacked the true meaning of TEAM. Unfortunately, their
performance was well below the national standard. Upon joining this group,
I called for your help in order for these individuals to learn to develop
trust, communication and respect. Once achieved, my hopes were to develop
that team environment and feeling of support which was much needed. I am a
believer in your philosophy of fostering an environment of "(ad)venturing"
in order to provide the development of superior attitudes and performance.
And so it happened! This odyssey was the seed, the food and drink that our
group needed. Three years later I am proud to say that this group is now
known as one of the strongest TEAMS within the company. Not only do we live
up to our similar philosophy, this thinking has propelled our team to the
number one position in our franchise for the past three years. I can't
state my opinion of your company enough-your professionalism, your
creativity and your passion for what you do comes through loud and clear.

So now three years have past and it was time again to utilize the
experience. The team has changed and we are bringing four new individuals
to our environment all at once. Has the team changed, or are four more
individuals going to learn the philosophy of what it means to reach out over
the EDGE?

I'll let you know!

Happy Salmon
