I just wanted to drop you all a short note to say thank you for the huge experience you provided to our UCLA EMBA class over the last couple of days!  Thank you for the commitment you brought to the process and the detailed execution.  The last couple of days were unforgettable, inspiring, and truly thought provoking for me regarding my leadership journey and personal development.  I wanted to share my appreciation for the big things you did for each of us (challenging, coaching, inquiring, etc.) and for the little things (that are huge now in my immediate hind-sight; saying thank you to the group and individuals as you interacted with us during our time together, focusing our attention on really taking care of each other, bringing some levity into the process, etc.).  My takeaways from the experience continue to materialize as I incubate on the events, interactions, and coaching shared by each of you during our short time together.  You guys are really good!  Thanks a bunch!
