Each Board Meeting™ Kit Contains:

Your team will utilize pens and grip tape to create a unique skateboard for your youth recipient. Just return the instructions and tools after your event.
Helpful Tips
- Each skateboard is recommended to be built on regular-sized tables with groups of 4 people / DIY kit.
- Allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for each group to complete the skateboard.
- Prior to building the skateboards, someone from your team will need to reach out to a youth agency in your area (Boys and Girls Club, YMCA, etc). This activity works best when the ‘customer’ (aka a deserving child) is onsite to build the boards with your team.

FAQs
How long is the program?
The program is 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on your objectives and agenda. If you are just aiming to build, design and give the skateboard sets to children later, you might only need 1.5 hours. With expert facilitation using the program as a ‘business simulation’, bringing the children in to surprise your participants, help with the design/build and sufficient time for debrief and application to work, you will need up to 3 hours. There is plenty of flexibility depending on your agenda, the context and desired objectives of the experience.

How many people per Board Meeting™ Kit?
We recommend 4 people work together to build and design one kit (1 skateboard).
What do we do with the supplies and finished product(s) after the program?
You will be donating the Board Meeting Kits to a children’s agency and/or school(s) of your choice. You will return the tool sets and sharpies back to Odyssey Teams using the prepaid return shipping label.
