Choose Between Expert Facilitation or DIY Self-Facilitation Kits.
The Build-a-Hand® experience is designed as a team and leadership development tool. Framed as a ‘Business Simulation’ participants work together to create a product, deliver it on-time, and ensure the quality is intended for its use. Participants are briefed on team and leadership concepts to practice, and then discover they will be building prosthetic hands. This revelation, combined with the astounding story of the LN-4 Prosthetic Hand, turns the experience into a powerful leadership and team building tool. Expert in-person facilitation offers the most impact and has made this experience a global success.
If you’re more interested in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or philanthropic give-back aspect of this project, our DIY kits let you lead the experience as a service initiative, without needing facilitation experience. We provide all the tools (literally and figuratively) to build the LN-4 Prosthetic Hands.
