The Life Cycles™ Kit empowers your team to build a brand-new bike for a child in need—delivering one of the most impactful giveback experiences available. Each kit includes everything required to assemble a high-quality BMX-style bike, along with the guidance and support to lead a powerful, purpose-driven team-building session.
After 15 years of facilitating this program, we’ve refined Life Cycles™ program into a proven formula for connection, collaboration, and contribution. From the first turn of the wrench to the final reveal, your team will be up and ready to roll in no time.

Each Life Cycles™ Team Building Kit Contains:
- All the parts needed to build a brand-new BMX-style bike
- Helmet, lock & bike pump
- All the tools necessary to build the bike
- Instructions, Facilitators Guide, PowerPoint and all materials needed to set you up for success
- Return shipping label
Helpful Tips
- Each DIY Life Cycles™ Kit is recommended to be built in groups of 2-4.
- Prior to building the bikes, someone from your team will need to reach out to a youth agency in your area (Boys and Girls Club, YMCA, etc) to find a deserving child to donate the bike to. This activity works best when the ‘customer’ (aka child) receives the bike in person. Please note: Before giving the bike to a child, please have a qualified bike mechanic approve the safety of the bicycle.

Shipping
Please provide complete shipping information and contact email address at the time of the order. All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise noted. Verification of shipment and receipt will be sent via e-mail.
Odyssey Teams is not responsible for any additional expedited costs related to shipping delays beyond our control and will be incurred by the client.

FAQs
How long is the program?
The program is 60 minute to 2 hours depending on your objectives and agenda. If you are just aiming for fun, you might only need 60 minutes. With expert facilitation, sufficient time for debrief and application to work, you will need up to 2 hours. There is plenty of flexibility depending on your agenda, the context and desired objectives of the experience.

What do we do with the supplies and finished product after the program?
You will be donating the bicycles to a children’s agency and/or school(s) of your choice. You will return the tool sets and back to Odyssey Teams using the prepaid return shipping label.
