This DIY kit can be completed virtually or in person and will leave behind a beautiful masterpiece to remind your team of the connections made and your company’s vision for the future.
Capture your company vision as a work of art with the Team Mosaic experience, now available as a Do-It-Yourself Kit. Odyssey Teams will provide you with all the needed materials for participants to get creative while reviving their sense of team connection, purpose, and motivation in the process. This is a powerful team building tool as well as an inspiring opportunity for social connection between your participants.
Challenge your team to create a unique masterpiece with the DIY Team Mosaic Experience. The Team Mosaic process and resulting collective image conveys the power of each person’s contribution and engages your team to explore profound lessons in teamwork, collaboration, and diversity. The DIY Team Mosaic experience captures how ‘a picture is worth a thousand words”.
The Power of the Process:
Overcoming limiting beliefs about painting abilities is only one of the breakthrough lessons participants learn as they produce individual parts of a larger mosaic. Understanding the value of individual contribution and collective collaboration is paramount in today’s business environment and critical to the success of the final mosaic. Priceless reactions to the finished piece of art act as anchors to the many lessons realized during the event, and the completed artwork becomes a visual reminder of the session.
How it Works:
Each person will be given one or more small blank square canvases. They will be given a numbered image to recreate on their blank square. Using velcro, all of the squares are attached in the correct locations on the larger canvas, revealing the collective image. For this session it is ideal to provide 90 minutes to 2 hours for an opening, the Team Mosaic Experience, reveal and debrief.
Work with Odyssey staff to design your unique mosaic image. This will include your logo, themes and an overall visual representation of your current environment.
This DIY Kit can also be completed virtually. Contact Odyssey Teams for details on the Virtual Team Mosaic Platform.
Standard Mosaic Sizes:
We recommend at least one or two squares per person. You can purchase multiple kits to produce larger images with more individual squares.
*Custom sizes are available upon request. Mosaic’s can be produced for any group size imaginable.
