Odyssey Teams will provide you with all the needed materials for participants to get creative while reviving their sense of team connection, impact, and motivation in the process. This is a powerful teambuilding tool as well as an inspiring opportunity for social connection between your participants.

The Team Mosaic™ process and resulting collective image conveys the power of each person’s contribution and engages your team to explore profound lessons in teamwork, collaboration, and diversity. The DIY Team Mosaic™ experience captures how ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’.
The Power of the Process:
Overcoming limiting beliefs about painting abilities is only one of the breakthrough lessons participants learn as they produce individual parts of a larger mosaic. Understanding the value of individual contribution and collective collaboration is paramount in today’s business environment and critical to the success of the final mosaic. Priceless reactions to the finished piece of art act as anchors to the many lessons realized during the event, and the completed artwork becomes a visual reminder of the session.
How it Works:
Each participant receives 1–3 tiles along with paints, brushes, and all necessary supplies. They’ll be given two images to recreate—bringing their own artistic touch to each one. Once complete, participants place their painted tiles in designated spots on the large Team Mosaic canvas, culminating in a powerful final reveal. The experience typically lasts between 45 minutes and two hours, depending on your goals and group size.
Want to personalize the mosaic? You’re welcome to provide your own image—this could include your logo, brand themes, or visual elements that reflect your current environment. Standard Mosaic Sizes:
To determine the ideal size for your Team Mosaic, multiply the number of participants by the number of tiles you’d like each person to paint. This gives you the total number of squares needed for your design. Browse the mosaic size options below to find the best fit. Don’t worry about being exact—mosaic sizes can be mixed and matched, and participants can paint more, or fewer tiles as needed to complete your unique masterpiece. Aim to be as close as you can and Contact Odyssey Teams to confirm. We’ll provide the password first—then just click the blue button below to unlock your facilitation materials, packed with tips, ideas, and everything you need to lead with confidence. Odyssey’s expert facilitator’s are also available to host the event for an additional fee.

Shipping
For orders within the USA shipping will be calculated at checkout. Odyssey Teams will ship products within 24-48 hours of receiving the mosaic image based on the clients shipping selection. Odyssey Teams is not responsible for any additional expedited costs related to shipping delays beyond our control and will be incurred by the client.
FAQs
How long is the program?
The program is 60 minute to 2 hours depending on your objectives and agenda. If you are just aiming for fun, you might only need 60 minutes. With expert facilitation, sufficient time for debrief and application to work, you will need up to 2 hours. There is plenty of flexibility depending on your agenda, the context and desired objectives of the experience.

How many canvas tiles per person?
We recommend that each participant paint 1–3 tiles, each measuring approximately 4×4 inches. The more tiles used to recreate an image, the more detailed and accurate the final mosaic will be.
What do we do with the mosaic after the program?
You have plenty of options for displaying the image from framing and hanging it, to creating digital images for a virtual background, printing on posters, mugs, etc.. These options are not included in the price.
What do we do with the supplies and finished product after the program?
We recommend donating the paints and extra supplies to a local school or charity. We do not require returning any of the Team Mosaic™ supplies to Odyssey Teams.
